(controlla i tempi di cottura sulla confezione)<br \/>\nTogli la pentola dal fuoco e lascia riposare per cinque minuti. Questo tempo extra consente alla quinoa di \u201cgonfiarsi\u201d. Scopri e poi sgrana la quinoa con una forchetta.<br \/>\nNel frattempo taglia sia la cipolla rossa che i pomodorini a pezzettini.<br \/>\nUna volta che la quinoa \u00e8 fredda, aggiungi il pesto, i pomodorini, la cipolla rossa e la feta (sbriciolata o a dadini).<br \/>\nSia la feta che il pesto sono salati, quindi non ho aggiunto altro sale.
