Una ricetta agrodolce molto semplice da preparare, perfetto per chi preferisce una cena leggera ma saporita. Pulite e sbucciate le mele, eliminate il torsolo e tagliatele a fettine. In una padella scaldate un filo di olio e un rametto di rosmarino, rosolate il pollo da entrambi i lati per qualche minuto: quando sar\u00e0 quasi cotto toglietelo dal fuoco, mettetelo su una teglia coperta con un foglio di carta forno e cuocete per 15 minuti a 180 gradi. Nel frattempo nella stessa padella in cui avete rosolato il pollo cuocete le mele tagliate a spicchi con olio evo ed uno spicchio di aglio, aggiustate di sale e pepe. Quando le mele saranno dorate aggiungete il pollo cotto in forno e lasciate insaporire per 10 minuti mescolando delicatamente con un mestolo in legno facendo attenzione a non rompere le mele.
